This is a reminder that we are currently experiencing tons of issues with our main embroidery machine and we are slower than normal. The turnaround time has also been adjusted for order under 10 pieces to 15 business days and orders over 10 pieces are 25 business days. Obviously these can vary as the machine is currently unpredictable, we may be faster and we may be slower. A new one is due to be delivered tomorrow to hopefully we can get ourselves back on track. We have been pushing through but with the machine consistently breaking, no service techs seem to want to be reliable people and tech support for the machine is garbage, we are struggling.
